What is correx plastic sheet?

Correx plastic sheets are used for the following: interlayers, boxes, trays, pp layer pads, plastic dividers, etc. Correx plastic sheets are also known as coroplast boards, correx packaging sheets, danpla sheet, polyflute sheets, infraboard sheets, etc. Huiyuanboard is the trademark for our high-quality correx plastic material. It is produced in sheets by extrusion from 100% PP-plastic (virgin or regenerated). It is produced in many thicknesses between 2 and 12mm. It is very lightweight and very durable.

Our regular colours are white, blue, grey, black, but they can be produced in other colors. Additives can be added to achieve other characteristics.

Corrugated plastic packaging sheets make an economical and lightweight choice for building contractors who use them for countertop templates, concrete molds, and temporary floor coverings. Fluted polypropylene also makes a popular choice in packaging as a more durable, water-resistant, and reusable or recyclable alternative to paper-based packaging.

Applications of correx plastic packaging sheets:

1. The impraboard material can replace corrugated cardboard, wood board, metal board, etc. as packaging materials, and it is also the most ideal packaging material on the market.
2. Cartonplast boards can be made into coroplast packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, parts packaging boxes, precision instrument turnover boxes, and can also be used as an industrial board. It can be used as a protective umbrella, cushion board, shelf, partition, bottom board, cross-board, etc. for various items or objects.
4. The polypropylene hollow board can be made into the anti-static corex board, flame-retardant fluteboard, conductive coroplast board, to avoid static electricity and fire damage to the products in the box, and to minimize losses.

5. Coroplast boards can also be applied to back panels of washing machines, cars, water heaters, children's vehicles, etc.
