High strength white coroplast material, waterproof corflute boards
Description:
White corflute board is an extruded sheet with hollow structure,
the raw material is environmentally friendly polypropylene, and the
white coroplast material has the characteristics of lightweight,
non-toxic, non-polluting, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging,
corrosion resistance, etc.
Corflute is ideal for a wide range of applications, but is most
widely used for signboards. When white corflute boards are used for
signboards if customers have high requirements, the white corflute
panels need to be corona treated. Corona treatment is a kind of
electric shock treatment, which makes the surface of the corex
boards have stronger adhesion. The principle is to use high
frequency and high voltage to discharge corona on the surface of
the plate to be processed (high-frequency AC voltage is as high as
5000-15000V/㎡)
Our standard size of corflute boards is 1.22m x 2.44m, which are
also very popular. Our regular colors are white, black, grey, blue.
If the color of sheets you need is regular color, such as white,
the white sheets are cheaper than the sheets of custom colors, and
the MOQ will be smaller.

glass bottles, beverage and food containers, which greatly improve
